Recovery Supports

There are many ways people can support your recovery. They can listen, share information, and help with practical things like rides or childcare.

Support can come from family, close friends, and from connections with others who have “been there.” Peer support groups are great ways to connect with people who do not use and can help.

Whether you need an extra boost during difficult times, or people you can touch base with daily, the more you add to your network of support, the better your chances of staying in recovery.
