Who's in my corner?

Who are your supporters and allies? Who might provide practical help? Who might tempt you to use?

What areas have too much? What areas have too little? How could you expand the positive support in your network?

Recovery does not happen in isolation. Use this Recovery Tool to enter the names of the people who are close to you and can support you in your recovery from an opioid use disorder.

Directions:Enter the names of the people who are close to you in each category. You can add more names if needed. Check the boxes that apply to that person. Does that person offer you support? Practical help? Does that person tempt you to use in any way?

When you are done, look at your network. How might you expand the positive support in your network? How might you reduce your temptations to use?
